Cancellation

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment.  If you or anyone in your household is exhibiting cold or flu symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment once you are symptom free for 7 days. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.

Sickness

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If you or anyone in your household is exhibiting cold or flu symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment once you are symptom free for 7 days. Dress

Clients remain fully clothed during their massage. Dress comfortably in thin, loose clothing which allows the therapist access to your muscles. Loose shorts and a tank top are preferred. Additional recommendations: Please shower prior to your session, as clean skin is easier to work on. Do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours before your appointment.

Health History

Clients must provide a health history prior to first visit and update when necessary.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time service is rendered.

Sexual Harassment and Safety

Sexual Harassment will not be tolerated. If the practitioners safety feels threatened at any time, the session will stop immediately and services may be terminated.

Athletic Edge Sports Massage LLC is not responsible for the loss of your valuables or personal property. Please check the room for your valuables, such as jewelry and glasses.

We will send occasional emails with important information for our clients. You may opt out of receiving these emails.
