After an initial observation and assessment (postural, gait, and movement), your therapist will use their extensive knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to customize your massage session and use a variety of techniques and tools to address your needs and concerns. During the treatment, you may be lying face up/face down, on your side, sitting or standing. At the end of the session, your therapist will discuss a treatment plan and goals.

Clients remain partially clothed during their appointment. Dress comfortably in thin, loose clothing which allows the therapist access to your muscles. Loose shorts and a tank top are preferred: males wear shorts; females wear shorts & sports bra/tank top.

The length of your massage session is determined by your needs/goals. For one issue, such as nagging foot, hip, knee or elbow pain, start with a 30-minute session. For multiple issues or a post-race / sports maintenance massage, schedule a 60-minute session. 

For your convenience, we offer online scheduling through Acuity. You will have the option of creating an online account or you may schedule as a guest. Your initial appointment must be scheduled online in order to complete the Health History form and accept our Terms & Conditions. Follow-up appointments can be scheduled online or your therapist can reschedule your appointment at the conclusion of your session.

We offer weekday, evening and weekend appointments. Check our online schedule. 

When you schedule online for the first time, you will complete the online Health History and accept our Terms & Conditions. 

We accept cash, check, and credit cards. You may pay online at the time of booking or pay at the conclusion of your appointment. 

Yes! If you would like to tip your therapist, you may add gratuity to your credit card payment. Alternatively, cash or Venmo is appreciated!

We do not accept insurance however we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company or to your FSA/HSA. We also accept an HSA/FSA card for payment.

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you may be charged in full for the appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment. 

We are located in the heart of downtown Vienna at 226 Maple Ave W, Suite 303, Vienna, VA 22180. There is ample parking in the front and rear of building. Take the elevator or stairs to the third floor to access our office suite.
